Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy: We are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship the orders throughout the week and we assure only to send the fresh stock. Your orders will be well packed in a sealed box with lots of bubble wraps and tapes to avoid any kind of damage during transit. You will be provided with the tracking details once your order gets dispatched from my end.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Dispatch: The orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. You will be provided with the tracking number once your order is dispatched from our end. You can track your order online or drop an email at email@example.com (or a WhatsApp text at +919043857295) with your order number to know the status of your order.
Delivery: After the dispatch, most orders are delivered within 2-4 working days approx. Most orders inside Chennai are delivered the next day only after the dispatch. If you live in a metro city, you should most probably receive it in 2-3 working days after the dispatch is scheduled.
Urgent delivery: We often receive urgent delivery requests from buyers. In such cases, we do take urgent orders and deliver them within a given time frame from our end. For this, you will need to check with us directly and then place your order. Do drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org titled 'Urgent Order' but please do before placing your order and not after placing your order since we should check the stock availability/logistics at our end)
What if there's a delay?: If you had not received your order even after 12 working days after placing it, you can claim a refund or a free bottle with your next order. For inquiries regarding the delays, you can reach out to us anytime and we will help you get your hands on the package.
Bulk orders: For bulk order inquiries, please drop an email; We'd be happy to prepare a fresh batch (or a few batches) of the product for you! You can avail discounts as well.
What if the product is received in damaged condition? : If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. If you find it damaged after receiving, do drop an email (email@example.com). We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
